The Goodman Financial Group has expanded its professional team, with the appointment of Stefan Radymski as Sales Director.

Stefan has a strong background in banking relationship management and sales and says that he is looking forward to building face-to-face, productive relationships with Goodman’s introducers, lenders and customers.

He has joined the group, which offers a range of bespoke corporate finance solutions, real estate and business advisory services, from his most recent role as Head of Business Development at Aldermore Bank PLC.

Stefan worked at Aldermore for five years and was consistently one of the top sales performers in the UK. As part of his role he focused on building relationships between contacts and companies across the industry, including running various networking events in the Midlands, linking professionals together.

This collaborative approach to supporting UK businesses is one Stefan will continue with in his new role at Goodman. He said: “I’ve worked with Goodman Corporate Finance many times over the last five years and I’m really looking forward to working with the team. Paul and his company have a great reputation for ‘getting the job done’.

“Working within a bank at times can become restrictive but with Goodman’s panel of more than 200 lenders – the biggest in the marketplace – I’ll have an unrivalled range of options when it comes to finding the right solutions for individual customers.
