Mortgages can be provided for various types of investment properties, including residential, commercial or even semi-commercial properties.  These can be for single acquisitions or for multi-million pound portfolios.

Terms are available up to 25 years and with interest rates available from as low as 2.0% above bank base rate.

Advances between 70 - 85% are achievable.

The types of mortgages are typically for prime applicants with a good track record and no adverse credit.
