We regularly provide finance up to 100% LTV [subject to status and additional security].  However as a general rule from High Street lenders you can expect up to 80% for commercial mortgages.

Are Goodman Corporate Consultancy a whole of market provider?

The simply answer is yes.  We have access to the whole of market from High Street lenders right down to self cert and all status lenders.
